CityROCK Johannesburg Managers

So far I have hired a staff complement of about 10 great people, but have yet to find a suitable manager for either the shop or the gym.
What I am looking for:
Obviously a climber. Then a manager, with a few years people management experience. A non-smoker. Everything else is up for negotiation.
What we are offering:
An interesting and challenging job with the biggest thing in climbing in SA right now. Probably ever.
A good salary. Working with a great team.
Surely there has to a manager out there that is bored with running a restaurant or a Cape Union Mart, or a Virgin Active?
