CityROCK Cape Town Front Desk Facilitator

Cape Town is looking for a full time front desk facilitator.

Requirements:

• Active rock climber either indoors or outdoors.
• Experience in the customer service industry
• Must be computer literate – Strong skill in Excel and Word.
• Be able to work well as a team but also as an individual with good self-managing skills.
• Presentable, approachable and interactive with clients
• Lead a healthy life style.
• Own Transport

Job description:

• Customers sales and enquiries
• Oversee events and bookings
• Course instructor
• Junior programs instructor
• Opening and closing of the facilities
• Daily cash ups.

You will be required to work up to two evening shifts in the week and alternating weekends.

Remuneration will be discussed based on skills set.
