8b+ and 8B+

There is a difference between boulder grades and sport/trad grades.
Bouldering is Capitals and sport in small letters.

8b+ for adults is unnewsworthy according to a lot of people internationally.
8B+ for adults is an incredible achievement and puts you among the top top climbers.
