how do u get the Rockland video to work with out lagging and jumping.

I haven't had a chance to download the video myself, but if you can somehow save the video to your hard disk (File - Save Media As)
It should play properly off you HD.

Or if the site only allows streaming just increase your cache size for the relevant program...

The site does allow you to download. The video is about 68 megs.
Justin's right. Downloading it to your hard drive will work. I downloaded it yesterday and it plays fine on my pc. Very cool!
