very valid.
We all tend to become complacent as time goes on. I recommend this for newbies and experienced climbers alike. Nothing like a good old refresher!

While the vid makes a valid point, it's awful "science". Do the same test on the same rope with a "good" biner and then we're talking meaningful results.
