Who bolted the arete at Paarl Rocks? (Blue Diamonds area)

Was wondering who bolted it? I assume it's open as there is no tat or IP on the rock. What grade is it? You lucky bastard, it's an amazing line. Would like to update the details in the guide (originaly a open project).

Just for interest, Prof Steve Bradshaw originally looked at the line in about 1990 (he placed one manky bolt and tried the route on a shunt).
