Try Mountain Mail Order, Ciry Rock or Orca Industries they sould all stock them. If all else fails go to http://geckogrips.co.za and check out their Hangdog and training suggestions.

There is a good set of routines on: http://www.metoliusclimbing.com/howto-10min.htm

I think MoonStone offer a board very similar to one of the Metolius boards. Also checkout http://www.metoliusclimbing.com/howto-simulator-train.htm for more info on how to hang-board. It's quite informative.

Art Rocks make a set of \"System Board grips\" Which can be bolted to a board to make a simple hang board.

Building a whole systems board is not too much trouble and well worth it, I hear. If you are not big on DIY, then I recomend just getting a hangboard. I am not sure where though. I think Geco will ship one to you.

If you cannot get ahold of Art Rocks, I think I have there details somewere.
