Goodness lad!
You can get some of the best climbing gyms in the UK . Check out The Castle closeby Manor House tube station , got good leading walls and bouldering . If you're in the east go and check out Mile End , its close to Mile End tube station probably like 5mins walk if I remember correctly , that's more bouldering. Also , close to Notting Hill , I went to the old one but they got a bigger venue now - Westway Sports Centre , close to Ladbroke Grove tube station and underneath the fly over leading to the City . All of them got a climbing shop too where you can meet some people for weekend climbing .
Enjoy !

Howzit Jay
I am in Sheffield in UK. About a 3 hour train ride north. I think I'm the only South African up here. :( If you feel youv'e had enough of the underground, come up for a weekend and I'll introduce you to some Yorkshire gritstone. Hope you know how to hand jam?? There are thousands of routes, i have a full rack of gear...and pints are cheaper! :D
