Post by CapeTiger » Mon Mar 09, 2009 10:31 am

Did anyone have a shoulder pain before? I've been rest for one month and it's still pain. I had been climbing for one year and did not have a problem shoulder. Now I got pain from one month ago. I didn't get hurt from a climbing. I need some advise how to heal my shoulder. I'm missing climbing and climbing.

You could try amputation or perhaps seek professional help!?

There could be several different things wrong with it. I've just spent 3 months dealing with physios, chiros, otheropods, neurologist etc. Either post the details or PM them to me.
There's no point being pessimistic, because it probably won't work

It is worth taking the necessary time-out, at least until you have the problem properly diagnosed. You might be able to ease back into climbing if the injury is not too serious, but it is not a good idea to aggravate things at this stage - it will only lead to even more down time, drinking, depression and a long string of meaninless relationships...
