climbing trip in South Africa
I'm going to go in Cape Town the next October and my idea is to drive from Cape Town to Johannesburg in 13-14 days. So where are the best place for to climb along the route? My idea is aviable or the trip by car is too long? Can give to me some advices? What is the best road from Cape Town to Johannesbusg?

In CT itself - Sport climb at the Silvermine crags (Main Crag and the Mine) and the Hole (overlooks Muizenberg beach). Boulder at the Topside (in Silvermine nature reserve). Trad on Table Mountain.
Just outside CT - sport climb at Paarl (granite climbing) or at the Hellfire crag in Du Toits pass.
Go away from JHB to Cederberg (boulder at Rocklands and trad at Sandrif).
On way to CT stop over at Montague (approx 2 hrs outside CT but not on the N1) to sport climb.
After Montague drive to Jhb and then turn right. Go to Waterval Boven to sport climb.
You could easily spend two weeks climbing at each of the above mentioned area.

There is no decent climbing in joburg. Perhaps if u'r into trad then magaliesburg is cool, however, if you are in the cape, then stay there.
good advice is above. youve got stellar trad on tm, hellfire, and dutoits kloof, milner.
sport, montague, cape peninsular,oudshoorn[great lime]
boudering, just drive anywhere in the cape and there are many spots, obviously roclands is world class.
Boven is worth a trip to, however, crime is bad there and there have been many muggings of late. same with natal. the wave cave has some of the raddest steep climbs however you'll need machine guns.
