Is the book \"Western Cape Rock\" still fairly up to date? I'm looking for a comprehensive guide to Montagu, seems the info is scattered across a couple of sites and not really complete - or am I mistaken?
Western Cape Rock was fairly updated and for most areas still is.
I know for a fact there have been many new routes up in Montagu of late, best to do is get SA Mountain Mag, these tend to have any and all new routes not in the western cape rock book, otherwise failing all that simply ask the man himself... Stuart Brown...he has opened many new lines in montagu.

Have a look at the new routes page on my web site, www.debos.co.za.
There are two new crags in Keurkloof that are not mentioned, there were RD's for these in previous SMountainMag's and the issue before last had a Montagu update in it. There is also the good old new routes book at reception at De Bos.
