Heya
I've discovered a line in a cave near the Short Circuit area.

The Short Circuit area is on the campsite property, but to get to this new line one crosses a fence...
Does anybody know who I can contact about bolting rights in this area?
Thanks!

That sounds Rad!! Hope there's a friendly land owner.
Just watch out for that pesky Rock Art that's all over the area...
You have an opinion, so do I. When these differ, please don't confuse your opinion with the truth, nothing is absolute.

Clint, sounds great! Derek Marshall spoke to the nature reserve manager about bolting ages back. From what I can gather the crags around there are OK to bolt, The crag to avoid is the one high up (the highest outcrop) and right of the main crag over a fence. This on someone elses property who is not keen on people trapping around.
Definitely try and contact the reserve manager and check things out with him though, he would know exactly where all the art is and which land is whose.
Best of luck!

As far as I can understand from Clinton, this area is in. All areas are in except as Xmod stated 'the one high up (the highest outcrop) and right of the main crag over a fence. This on someone elses property who is not keen on people trapping around.\" The huge arch that is visible from the de Hoek turn off also has issues.
Stay away from paintings & try to make one good path that everyone sticks to.
There must be scope for 200 lines at de Hoek.
