faq.php#f3r3

The file might be too large in size, i.e. too many kB

The file might be too large in area, i.e. the vertical and/or horizontal measurements might not fit the requirements.
Happy climbing

Generally image sizes should be no more than a width of 800 pixels wide.
A good way to resize images is to mail it yourself and select what size (varies for computer / setup).

If you have MS Office available, use Microsoft Picture manager to resize the image to 500kb or less.

1)Open the folder containing the image, right click and open with MS Office pict manager.
2)Click on edit pictures and on the right hand side use the compress function to make it smaller.
3)Check image is less than 800x800 in size
4)post it :hapban
