Fort Fordyce routes

Postby mattb595 » Tue Apr 28, 2009 8:27 am

Hey Was wondering if anyone has been to fort fordyce in the eastern cape recently? im told there are some easier routers around the 19 20 grade for sport and was wondering if someone could maybe tell me where about are they as i have never been there before and could some who is on a 14 to 17 level manage such a route and can you top rope down to the bottom?

If someone could maybe post a pic with a easy route guide it would be awsome!

Matt.

There is'nt a proper guide yet, but there are +45 bolted lines & a few trad routes. Scattered onto quite a few crags. Finding at Fordyce is difficult. Best to go there first time with some locals who know the way. There is a fair party heading that way this weekend. Join us.
