You are pretty darn close to Montagu, I think about 30min if you hussle! It is the biggest sport climbing area in the Western Cape and has loads of RAD climbing!!
You're actually very lucky dude...

There is a large amount of really nice looking rock between 12 & 11 o'clock peaks (at the top), however the 3 hour walk in is a bit of a put off...

You can also toprope the +- 70 meter wall below the plateau. Access it from the top of the plateau, use the abseil anchors to belay (you can lower the climber down, then they climb back up) The rock is not the best, but you can do a number of variations up the wall.

There is also a kloof (below and to the left of above spoken wall) that you can 'venture' up - It was initially setup as an abseil route - be very wary of the bolt anchors in that kloof - They are really old.
**Note: you stay inside the kloof all the way (badly drawn red arrow!)

There is no climbing at Vensterbank (nice walk though).
As Scott says, Montagu is the choice destination

Thanx for the speedy reply's
My first and only climb so far was your red box on picture above. The bolts are very rusted but theres some pretty good places to anchor onto at the top.
Any body know how to reach those rocks from the bottom, the walk is a bit far if you've only got 3 ours to get up, climb , get down
Thanx again
