hey , i posted this on rock climbing.com, but wanted to share it with as many people as possible, cause i know too many people have gotten tierd or sick of what they can do with their hangboard.

as a manager of a climbing gym in Charlotte, NC, i've had rave reviews and some not so rave reviews. there are many different ways of going about this. this is just one that best suited me.... :D
