Finger specialist required...

Postby nicvw » Tue Jun 05, 2012 4:19 pm

Hi

About a month ago I managed to bugger up a finger while training at City Rock. After a month of taking it easy I don't notice any improvement at all so I figure it is high time to get it checked out.

Can anyone recommend someone to see in the southern suburbs (Cape Town)?

Thanks in advance,
Nic

Try Steve Carter at Vincent Pallotti. Fingers take a loooonnng time to heal so patience is required

For once Madame Nutella has it right :thumleft:

Vincent Palotti has a good hand and upper limb clinic.

Expect lots of rest (even as much as 6 months), and SLOW rehab. When you're an old codger like me and Vanessa, these things take time. If you don't take it easy you will do permanent damage.
