Hi Charles!
The hand is actually very good. Thanks again for your care. The hand handled very well the Spanish limestone and I was climbing french 7b's no problem.

But right now I'm in care at Spanish hospital in Malaga. I was unlucky to have another climbing accident.
Quote:
Got dropped by my belayer when rope's end slipped through her grigri while I was lowered down. The rope wasn't long enough for the route and I fell down the last seven meters to the ground. I broke some ribs and got three thin fractures to my back.
Luckily the back spine fractures are small and clean without any dislocation so just waiting for the bone to heal should be enough and no surgery. Also a tube had to suck blood tissue from my lungs.
So I need to lay down here in Spanish hospital for one month. But I'm lucky, it could had been worse with the back. I will remember to tie a stronger knot to the end of the rope next time! (we had attached the rope end to rope bag with a knot but it was apparently loose and opened...)
Hope you're doing good. I already miss some of the western cape sandstone.
Cheers,
Chris

Doesn't really matter. It happens to be a Norwegian student who was in South Africa and who took a huge plummet on Divine Time and broke his hand....
