Tradathon: Helmet Needed

Postby Xharlie » Fri Mar 09, 2012 3:37 pm

Hi, all.

I have, of course, signed up for the Tradathon that's going down next Saturday. Being a keen sport climber who wishes he was a keen trad. climber and has every intention of achieving said wish, I have signed up for the "Intro. to Trad. Leading" work-shop that is taking place on the day.

In my possession, I have a full sport-rack. What I do not have, however, is a helmet.

Should I borrow one, steal one, buy one or climb without one? (I have asked several gear-loaded friends. While spare chalk-bags, sport-racks and even ropes abound, nobody seems to have a spare helmet lying around.)
