I agree with this statement however I wasn't there on the mountain and though I have seen a documentary on it I don't know the full story so can't comment on it. It is easy to have hindsight but when you in a dangerous situation and you are under pressure you try to make the best decision you can at the time. Afterwards you might realise that you could of made a better decision. Though I don't know anything about alpine climbing(please don't anyone say that I don't know anything about climbing period)

Bad Drifter! Didn't you hear that Drifter asked nicely not to say that he doesn't know anything about climbing period? And you just went straight on ahead and said it!

Drifter, sorry man, I tried. You need to maybe train the one personality not to diss the others.
