CityROCK Film Festival – South Africa’s first dedicated rock climbing Film Festival. Friday, January 26 to Thursday, February 1st.

Fri 6:30 pm, repeat Tues @ 8:30 pm.
Featuring Charles Edelstein, Tinie Versfeld, Tony Dick, Andy de Klerk, Ed February, Clinton, Jeremy, Tristan, Gosia. Most of them will be at the premiere Friday evening.

FIRST ASCENT: Award-winning new film from Peter Mortimer (return2sender fame). Features today's top climbers as they lay siege to steep faces and soaring alpine walls in pursuit of climbing's pinnacle achievement to the First Ascent.

SPECIMEN FILM: Latest hot-off-the press film on ROCKLANDS Bouldering. Featuring Daniel Woods, Lisa Rands, Andy Raether, Fred Nicole, Cedar Wright. A Film by Chuck Fryberger. 78 Minutes.

DOSAGE 4: Insane stuff from the USA, the best yet in the series. ROCKLANDS: Hein de Vos 2005 Classic on bouldering @ Rocklands, rediscovered. We managed to track down the director of this 2005 Classic that just disappeared off the radar screen. We got Hein de Vos to agree to let us show it as part of our festival.
